Welcome to the Lawton School Blog!

Since our foundation in 1973, we have been lucky enough to work with thousands of customers who have come to us for help with improving their language skills.

The world has changed a lot over the last 25 years. Globalization, developments in telecommunications and the arrival of the Internet have meant many changes for Lawton School – and our customers too.

Thanks to these developments, we now work with a wider variety of customers, with an equally wide variety of needs. Lawton School is still the leading private language centre in Gijon, something we are very proud of. But today more than ever, our offering reflects the increasingly diverse needs of our clients. Many of our customers are children and young people, but we also work with some of the most well-known organisations and businesses in Asturias.

For some time now we have wanted a way to be able to interact easily with customers outside of our centres – a way of communicating that would be interesting, and fun! So welcome to our new blog. We hope that whether you are an individual student, parent or business customer, you will find something of interest among these pages.
